I'm getting the bug to get a new Jeep again. I think I'm finally trading my 98 Cherokee in on an 08 Wrangler Unlimited. Anyone have any strong oppinions on these? I just can't decide on a color, yellow, army green, or rescue green. I finally can have a manual trans. again.

It doesn't seem like these things have been well recevied, but I have to admit I'm seriously considering buying one. I'm still disappointed that they don't make the cherokee anymore, but a hard top four door wrangler my fill the niche for me anyway. I bought a cherokee instead of a wrangler...

Thanks, that's kind of what I thought, but I was weary of loosen the bolt through the pulley. Is there any easy way to get at that bolt?

I have what seems like a stupid question. I went to change my belt today and couldn't really see how. The Haynes manual says most serpintine belt tensioners are set up on the water pump. My clearly in not. It is not set up like my 86 XJ either. The pully for the water pump is slotted as if...

If you just want 2" I think the Rubicon Express budget boost is the way to go. I used it as a temporary measure on my XJ and have no complaints, especially for the price. If you wanted a full 3" I'd go with a full kit, but I think the 2" was like a hundred bucks or so and included shocks...

RE: Freind Has anyone managed to put the pre 1997 Bushwacker fender flares on a 1998 or later Cherokee? I would prefer to keep the stock bumper for now. Or has anyone found good post 1997 flares from someone else? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Kendrick
