    hi-volume oil pump?

    1040648 I have a 1984 CJ7 W/258. The oil pressure is very low.I just changed the gauge to a mechanical one, and it shows no signs of the rings going out. Am going to drop the oil pan and put in a new oil pump but I don't know if I should use a hi-volume pump or a standard pump. please help[addsig]
