Mob breaks into frenzy at Walmart over Black Friday phones

I had seen that..... What a bunch of morons. Spend all night in line so you can get into. Fight first thing in the morning. I can only say one thing about them, meet your 2012 voting base!

Everybody gets together thursday, has prayer, large family dinner and gives thanks. Friday they act like animals an beat the crap outta each other for a 10% discount. No wonder Santa lives at the north pole and does all his toy making in house.

How do the stores get away with being able to have that many people in the building. If there had been a fire,or some nut job start shooting. I'm sure some folks would get trampled.

I wouldn't have to worry if some nut job started shooting...I carry a pistol.

I don't know about that. I imagine if you're in that press of deal crazed walmart shoppers and you hear shots pop off there wouldn't be much you could do about it. You'd be hard pressed just do draw your pistol, let alone locate the person shooting on the other side of that mosh pit.

Maybe, maybe not. If someone is shooting at me, I would much rather have the option to return fire and protect myself and family. It would indeed be a judgment call. Don't think I'd want to whip it out like they did in the old west. Like I said in anthor thread, I like to carry mine where it can't be seen. Never know, maybe I'd be standing behind the nutjob and could stop the assault. If I didn't have a gun I would be like the other fish in the barrel.

The hard thing about people with ccw permits is some think it makes them invincible. It's great to have the option to be able to defend yourself, save your life or save a loved ones life.
I have a ccw, and any time something happens I have to pause and think if my actions would be good or bad. I also have to think about my family who are usually around me.
Suppose you do fire on a perp as the cops or some other ccw citizen draws their gun. And shoot you, or worse miss and god forbid strikes one of your loved ones?
I believe in the 2nd amendment but ccw folks sometimes take it too far.
Those of you who pack a "pistol" be safe and make the right decision at the right time.

Agreed, I was glad to see that along with the class they teach responsibility and liability instead of just paying the money and getting a card that says you can carry it. A gun is a big responsibility permit or not. Like I said, I like having the option to have it on me. I don't carry mine to impress, if I did I'd have it where it could be seen.

This whole discussion is a moot point anyway. I am not legally allowed to carry my gun in walmart. Walmart has a no weapons allowed policy. Only the nut job that wouldn't care to break the law could do that. Me being a law abiding citizen would be screwed like the rest.
