rednecks who really use these pick up’s are in love with American cars and wont get into a Honda because its not an American car.

My .02 cents

wow my ford diesels never failed me. I've haul all types of things with it, gone all over the place with it. I doubt my jeep is any different. My toyota camry is the same way. it starts up everytime.

As tempting as it is, I decided I am not going to respond to Sparky's posts about me out of respect for the rest of the forum.

Just want to say that there are three American cars parked in our Driveway every night. A 2000 Jeep XJ, a 2000 Dodge van, and a 2004 Chevy 2500HD 4x4. All of them have been well maintained and all of them operate flawlessly. None have rust and are driven daily.

Even if there is a dollar to be saved or an added luxury item gained I personally feel it is not worth the damage to our overall economy to send my money to a foreign country by purchasing their products. Sometimes it is unavoidable because certain things are not even made here anymore, but when I can I buy US made products.

If you think this is stupidity, that I am costing myself money, or that I am comprimising the quality of items I own then all I can say is I challenge you to look deeply at the big picture of the economic impact on the US before you do it again. It is a free country, do what you wish. Just don't complain when the effects begin to affect you more clearly.
