Just bought a 95 Cherokee Sport, what's the first thing

RE: Wranglers don First thing you need to do to it is get it real muddy, then post some pics. Second thing is make sure you have real recovery points - a class III hitch works well in the rear, and a front hitch is good in the front. Being unibody, you will appreciate the extra strength the...

    been a while

RE: New to the Jeep World, Have some Questions You should be fine with 31's and 2" BB. I run 30x9.5's stock on my 94 ZJ with stock rims with only minor rubbing at full flex and turning. 32's would probably be a little tight on the wheel well. It really depends on how you wheel it and how much...

    squeaky driveline when off road..?

Re: RE: Re: More stupid people in Salisbury I would take it one step further.. remove the driveshaft and check it by hand out of the vehicle... a squeaky u-joint may not be sloppy.. and if it has started squeaking, greasing it won't fix it.. the damage has already been done.. spend the $15 and...

    More stupid people in Salisbury

RE: stock suspension what tires? I agree.. I used to be pretty much the same way.. radar detector and everything.. I haven't used one in 10 years and have only gotten 1 speeding ticket (on a real long steep downgrade). Now i set the cruise to keep up with traffic and stay to the right lane...

    Are wheel caps needed?

RE: HYD. CLUTCH BLEEDS DOWN Oh.. you definitely need the wheel caps. They keep the lugnuts in place when they fall off because you forgot to tighten them... lol J/K I'd dump them.

Do I REALLY need to regear?

Most people regear to gain back power on the highway, not off it... off-road 4-lo has so much torque that regearing isn't an issue unless you go really big. I run 30's on the 3.07 rear and have no issues offroad.. at highway speed i lost some oomph though. I'm thinking of regearing before I go...

    Starter problems, I think. . .

RE: road rage wrecked my DD today.... I'd swap batteries if you have another one to try... and make sure all the connections are clean.. a dead battery can toast a new starter. Make sure it is fully charged first.

RE: Jeep defect questions Just incase anyone was wondering (since someone mentioned it to me). This was not meant to attack catholics.. I was trying to point out that they seem to hold the balance of power, even though they are not necessarily the majority.

    Extra Gas tank

Re: RE: New Pope Since we're talking low volumes here - only a couple gallons i dont know if speed is a real issue.. as for the sinks.... hit me offline. I have a solution for ya that collapses down quite nicely (I'm actually in the process of rebuilding mine now). We also camp really well.

Re: RE: New Pope Faith? blah! not when it comes to religion. I place my faith in the real world. Elections don't work.. that's the problem. They only work when the popular vote is what counts.

RE: Re: RE: Question? THe stabilizer certainly will not hurt. It will make a big difference off-road though.
