i am going to have to do some fabbing to get the intake on as my jeep is an automatic so i need the bracketry for the kick down lever to be able to mount somewhere. i have been looking into aftermarket set ups but i have no idea what works and what doesn't or which system to even get.

also, what are these things i have circled in yellow?

all of them? the one for the gage is the one on the head though, right?

Post a pic. Do they have twolittle parallel bars that run from the door mount to the mirror? Those mirrors suck, if that's what you have. Swap them out

The wife's 93 had those and they would never stay in place. Here is a screw in the bottom to tighten the ball in socket joint but it never worked on my wife's.

The ones I have are the stock tj ones. Well, the driver's is, the passenger is a knock of of lesser quality but it's way better then what I had and way better then what you have. I got it on amazon for something 28 bucks plus shipping

Thanks buddie ill try that
I did not know that tightening screw was there
I plan on keeping doors and top off next 6 months. So i need other mirrors that don't go on doors. Suggestions?

You can gEt those little sticky mirrors and stick them on your speaker grills for doorless days so you don't fall out of any possible mirrors laws for your state. Lots of guys run them that way for the nice months

Today's project for me is to make some inside whinshild brackets out of billet so I cn replace the old, ugly always rusting ones. I made new front speaker covers out of billet and the brackets should match nicely. I am going to post some pics this evening. Of to work in the shop for now!

Here is one of my new inside windshield brackets to match my custom front speaker grills. I will need to bid blast them and then finish with the satin finish on the faces.
